By entering our facility or participating in any activities at The Golf Den, all players and visitors acknowledge and agree to the following:

1.Assumption of Risk:
Participation in golf simulation activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, contact with equipment, and errant golf shots. All players and visitors voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or property damage that may result from participation or presence on the premises.

2. Limitation of Liability:
The Golf Den, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained while on the premises, whether caused by  negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3.Property and Equipment Use:
Guests are responsible for using all equipment properly and respectfully. Any damage to property or equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow staff instructions may result in financial liability for repair or replacement costs.

4.Safety and Conduct:
All guests must follow posted safety rules and staff directions at all times. The Golf Den reserves the right to refuse service or remove any person whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves, others, or the facility.
